This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders from BabyLora are processed and delivered.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times depend on the destination country.
• United States: 5-7 business days
• Europe: 5-7 business days
• Rest of World: 5-7 business days (varies by region)
Delivery estimates may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or unforeseen events.
3. Worldwide Shipping
We ship to all countries worldwide, except where prohibited by law or shipping carriers.
If an order cannot be shipped to a specific country, we will notify the customer and issue a full refund.
4. Tracking Information
All orders include tracking.
Tracking details will be emailed once the order ships.
5. Incorrect Address Entries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
BabyLora is not responsible for lost packages due to:
• Incorrect addresses
• Missing apartment numbers
• Misspelled names
If a package is returned to us, we will contact the customer for reshipment (fees may apply).
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to:
• VAT
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Handling fees
These charges are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility unless required otherwise by local law.
We cannot control or predict these fees.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, BabyLora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers should contact the carrier or their local post office.
