This Return Policy explains when and how returns may be requested. Due to international shipping limitations, returns are strongly discouraged unless explicitly approved.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in rare cases and must meet all conditions below:
• Return approval granted first
• Product returned within 30 days of delivery
• Item sent back to the designated warehouse
Returns are sent to China-based warehouses only.
2. Important Return Warnings
We do not recommend returns because:
• International return shipping is expensive
• Delivery can take 3 months or longer
• Packages are frequently lost or damaged
• Returned items may not qualify for refunds
If a returned item is lost or damaged in transit, BabyLora is not responsible.
3. Returned Packages
• If logistics providers return packages to China, items are placed into private inventory.
• Returned items do not qualify for refunds once received.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
• Correct shipping address
• Timely pickup from post offices
• Customs clearance compliance
Failure in these areas voids return and refund eligibility.
5. Shipping Costs
• All return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Service Products
Returns and refunds are generally not accepted for service products, including:
• Items without quality inspection
• Third-party supplier products
• Shipping delay or damage claims

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos or videos (if requested)
Return instructions will be provided only if the request is approved.
