We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, American Express, Paypal

All prices are displayed in your chosen currency and may be automatically converted for international customers.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or errors in pricing.


4. Processing & Shipping

We ship to all countries worldwide, unless restricted by law or shipping carriers.

• Europe: 5-7 business days

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or taxes required by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.


5. Return & Refund Policy

5.1 EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal, beginning the day they receive their product, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed hygienic items (including breast pump parts) once unsealed

• Used health-related products

• Customized or personalized goods

5.2 Non-EU Customers – 30-Day Return Policy

Customers outside the EU may return items within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the item is:

• Unused

• In original packaging

• In resellable condition

5.3 Countries With Different Mandatory Consumer Rights

Some countries require longer return periods, mandatory warranties, or special consumer protections.

Therefore, if a customer’s local law provides stronger protections than our policy, their local law will apply, even if it differs from the terms listed here.

This clause ensures compliance with international consumer regulations.

5.4 How to Request a Return

• Reason for return

• Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or required by law.

EU consumers are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee against defective products.

Customers Outside the EU

Warranty rights vary by country or state.
Where local laws require minimum warranty periods, those laws will apply.

We are not liable for:

• Losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Misuse of products
